# ByFanan Return & Refund Policy
## 1. RETURN WINDOW
Returns must be requested within *7 days of delivery*.
⚠️ Return requests submitted after 7 days from the delivery date will not be accepted under any circumstances.
Customers are responsible for inspecting their order upon delivery and submitting any concerns within the applicable timeframes outlined in this policy.

## 2. ELIGIBILITY
To qualify for a return:
* Item must be unused and unworn
* Item must be in its original packaging with all tags intact
* Item must be in the same condition as received
⚠️ Items that do not meet these conditions may be rejected after inspection.

## 3. IMPORTANT CONDITIONS
* Only one return request per order is allowed.
* All items must be included in the same return request.
* Items not included in the original request cannot be returned later.
* Returns sent without submitting a request through your account will not be accepted.

## 4. HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN
1. Log in to your account.
2. Go to Orders.
3. Select the relevant order.
4. Choose the item(s) to return.
5. Select a return reason.
6. Submit your request.
You will receive confirmation and next steps once your request has been reviewed and approved.

## 5. PICKUP PROCESS
* Courier pickup will be scheduled after approval.
* Pickup typically occurs within 2–5 business days.
* Please ensure items are securely packed and ready for collection.

## 6. RETURN SHIPPING & FEES
A *50 AED return fee* will be deducted from the refund amount for approved returns.
This fee covers shipping, handling, and processing costs.
*Exception:*
* No return fee will be charged if the item is confirmed by ByFanan to be damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error on our part.
* All such claims are subject to inspection and approval before any fee waiver is granted.

## 7. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:
* Submit a return request within *48 hours of delivery*.
* Upload clear photos showing the issue.
* The item will be reviewed and inspected by ByFanan.
* If the claim is approved, return shipping will be free and no 50 AED return fee will apply.
* A replacement, store credit, or refund may be offered at ByFanan's discretion.
⚠️ Claims submitted after 48 hours of delivery may be rejected.
⚠️ Inspection and approval are required before a defect claim is accepted.

## 8. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items are not eligible for return:
* Gift cards
* Final sale items
* Items not included in the original return request
* Items showing signs of wear, use, alteration, or damage caused after delivery

## 9. REFUNDS
* Refunds are processed after the returned item passes inspection.
* Processing time is typically *10–15 business days*.
* Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
* You will receive confirmation once your refund has been processed.

## 10. CASH ON DELIVERY (COD) REFUNDS
* COD refunds are issued via bank transfer only.
* Refunds are processed twice monthly, on the *15th and 30th*.
* Bank account details will be requested after the return has been approved.

## 11. INSPECTION & REJECTION
All returned items are inspected upon receipt.
Returns may be rejected if:
* The item has been used, worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.
* The item does not meet the eligibility requirements outlined in this policy.
* The reported defect or issue cannot be verified during inspection.
If a return is rejected:
* The item may be shipped back to the customer, or
* The refund amount may be adjusted accordingly.
ByFanan reserves the right to make the final determination regarding the condition and eligibility of returned items.
