UAE DELIVERY:

Cost: Free on all orders.

Orders are typically delivered within 2 business days from the date of order confirmation.

Express Delivery (UAE)

Cost: AED 35 on all orders.

Delivery Time:

Orders placed before 1:00 PM are eligible for same-day delivery.
Orders placed after 1:00 PM will be delivered the next business day.

Express delivery availability may vary depending on the delivery location.

GCC DELIVERY:

We currently ship to selected GCC countries.

Shipping Cost: AED 40–60, depending on the destination country and delivery location.

Estimated Delivery Time: 5–6 business days.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY:

We ship to most countries worldwide.

Shipping Cost: USD 20–30, depending on the destination country, region, and delivery location.

Estimated Delivery Time: 7–14 business days.

Delivery times may vary depending on customs processing, local courier operations, and destination-specific requirements.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES

For orders shipped outside the UAE, customs duties, import taxes, VAT, and other applicable fees may be charged by local authorities.

These charges are not included in the order total and are the sole responsibility of the customer.

ByFanan is not responsible for any customs delays, duties, taxes, or additional fees imposed by the destination country.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking information (where available) via email or SMS.

LOST OR UNDELIVERABLE SHIPMENTS

If an order is returned to ByFanan due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal to pay customs duties and taxes, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be reshipped.

Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping information is correct at the time of purchase.
